Sweet baby Girl

Sweet baby Girl

It’s been a while since I had a newborn baby girl in studio- But this adorable sweetheart sure made up for it in pure baby love today! I crocheted this bunting bag and hat set myself with some really funky yarn from Knit Traders of Kingston.

The baby is so precious. I love the photo and the bunting is awesome. I didn’t realize that you had such hidden talents.

I grew up in 4-H when the girls subjects were “etiquette for the 80’s” “learn to knit and crochet” and other such domestic skills. My grandma and I crocheted a bit together too. I find crochet quite relaxing actually- it keeps my mind just busy enough to stop worrying.

I love the crocheted piece. They always have a special place in my heart because I too learned to crochet with my grandmother. My sister still crochets when she has the time, but I’ve leaned more toward cross-stitch. I’ve really been getting back into it recently and started selling some of my pieces. Of course, its not something I could make a huge profit from because it takes so long to make the larger pieces, but I enjoy doing it and the out of pocket it covered when someone purchases one. Do you have a Facebook page? We have been participating in a 30 Day Photographer Challenge where we feature a photographer each day that we think does amazing work. I’d really like to feature you.
