Why it’s hard to birdwatch in my yard

stalking catGinger, who most days is at best indifferent toward me develops a need to follow me around my yard when I have my camera.  I almost had a great shot of a mourning dove but Ginger chased it away.  This day I decided to abandon hope of photographing birds, and turned the camera on her instead.
